Don't try and do two-color patterned stranded knitting when you're so tired you can barely see straight. Just don't.
(Don't worry too much, though, I had an adrenaline-fit of just enough duration to be able to tink back and fix what I messed up, drop a stitch, pick it up, and finish the round. Although it could still be a royal mess - I have yet to look at it this morning...)
