The Ends Are In Sight

ends in sight.jpg

I have woven in all the ends, and cut off all the extra yarn. It took three and a half hours, but that was probably because I was watching TV at the same time. (And remember, there were 80 ends to weave. That's not even three minutes per end, and when you factor in bathroom breaks, Cadbury eggs, fast-forwarding through commercials, and so forth, it's a pretty decent speed, methinks. Regarding what to watch while doing this? Word to the wise: "Mr. Wrong" is a really stupid movie.

So the seams and a neck band, and then BCG will officially be a sweater. And then I can knit something else!

congratulations on your progress! I look forward to seeing the whole thing. And sometimes stupid movies are the best for finishing stuff b/c you don't get caught up in them. i tend to watch sanford and son. but I DO get caught up in that.

"Mr. Wrong" is a really stupid movie. But I just can't deny myself the guilty pleasure of gawking at Bill Pullman--in ANYTHING! :-) I think I fell in love with him back in "Serpent and the Rainbow"--another mindless movie, but pretty good for horror at the time.

Congrats on the Blue Cable-y Goodness!

Hey, do you use stitch markers? If so, how many do you use for an average project? I'm starting to make them myself...and could be persuaded to send off a Random Act Of Kindness (RAOK), if you ask nicely. :-)

Check out my blog for some sample pics of what I have to offer!

Take care, enjoy your weekend!
