Aside from a follow up visit to the Doctor's office today, followed by a quick stop for some fruit at Agata&Valentina (did you know they have rambutan, which is this amazing tropical fruit that you used to not be able to find in the States?), I did nothing but sit and knit (and eat a bit of fruit).
So I got a whole lot of knitting done. I would have been pleased to get 10 or 15 rows done. But I got even more than that. I got almost an entire pattern repeat (36 rows!) minus two. And the only reason I stopped was because my hands were starting to get really sweaty, and it's not easy to knit the cable row with sweaty fingers. I guess I could have taken a cold water hand washing break, but it was really time to get ready for bed (with a short blogging break first) anyhow. But this means the sleeve is over four inches longer than it was at the beginning of the day. And it means I went through an entire ball of yarn. Granted, there are only 77 yards on a ball, but still, it's a decent amount of knitting and I'm proud of myself. See how good it looks?

And I bet you'll not have a super-easy time finding the flaw I mentioned yesterday...
Someone pointed out to me a while ago that the eye fools the brain -- it just keeps following the patterns, even if our cables are mixed up. I'm really hoping that's true on Cromarty.... I can't see a flaw in yours, honey!

Rachael: Thanks for not seeing my flaws!!! I saw none in the last Cromarty pic upon which I gazed. I promise you, I'm making that sweater one day!

The sleeve looks great!
