Well, lots of stuff going on here in Jon Blog land, and I haven't been so good at reporting on it.
But here's some of it for you... hope you enjoy, that is to say, hope someone is still out there reading this.
1: Lots of spam lately. I hate spam. I especially hate the fact that soma and weight loss and other bullcrap like that have inspired spammers to post somewhere around 1,000 comments to my blog. I need to find a better way than simply MT Blacklist to keep them outta there.
2: Thanksgiving with the family is nice. So are airport hotels. I was able to wake up on Friday at 5:15am, have time to jerk off, shave, shower, dress, close the suitcase, and be early for a 6:35am flight. So I got to work before 10am, even though I'd woken up over 500 miles away. And I got a nice nap on the plane.
3: Hooray for elite status and the first class upgrades it is known to provide. Big chairs make for better naps. I think I'm going to try and upgrade on my flight to Asia in January...
4: A political comment. Why is the entire world so worked up over the Ukraine election? Didn't the exact same fraud and bullshit take place in our election, too, yet we just sat back and took it? I mean, seriously, all the same harbingers of election BS in both countries, particularly re urban vs. rural vote and the whole exit poll caca...
5: I still hate spammers.
6: It's sad to watch understudies go on in Broadway shows when they don't know all their lines. Even if it is their second performance of the role, even if it is a preview. And even if it is a preview, it looks weird to adjust the trim on the moon, especially during the final "walking off into the moonlight" scene. And sometimes production numbers go too long, Mr. Mitchell. Sometimes you just have to cut. And what is it about actors who keep chanelling previous characters into new ones? Very bizarre to watch Roger DeBris play Albin...
7: Bedtime!
